Are you passionate about network operations and cybersecurity? Join our Managed Response Center team and play a key role in keeping businesses secure and connected.
What You’ll Do- Respond to network alerts, outages, and performance issues
- Monitor security tools and investigate threats
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
- Document incidents and assist in remediation
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and attacker tactics
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing & switching
- Experience with security tools (EDR, IDS/IPS, SIEMs)
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS frameworks
- Analytical mindset & excellent communication skills
- Security certs (CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+, GCIA/GCIH)
