Our customers are often highly technical teams who embed Inkeep Agents into their customer‑facing experiences (docs, help center, marketing site, etc.) and internal workflows. To enable this, we provide a full extensible Agent platform which includes extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, an Open Source Agent Framework. In this role, you'll be partnering with both their technical and non‑technical business teams to help them on that journey.

The role involves being high‑touch with customers to help them succeed. If you want to become an expert on how companies embed and deploy reliable AI systems, Inkeep is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support customers through pilots
• Create templates, quick starts, and other technical onboarding artifacts
• Use AI to make your work more efficient and our customers' lives easier

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles with customer‑facing responsibilities
• Strong experience with Type Script (Python experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Located in NYC or willing to relocate (this role is in‑office 5 days a week)
