Who We Are Looking For

VML is seeking an Account Supervisor for one of our technology clients to lead the day-to-day operations of agency projects in the social and creative space, developing and maintaining strong client relationships at a supervisory level. The Account Supervisor owns the responsibility of the growth and development of the client business. They will lead projects from beginning to end while fostering relationships directly with clients and the agency team.

What You'll Do

  • Client | Oversee day-to-day agency performance and agency/client relationship. Collaborate with creative teams to help craft growth strategies, concepts and business development blueprints for client value. Anticipate client needs and demands, delivering added value to the client wherever possible. Provide clear instruction as to the goals and objectives through any campaign or creative endeavor with specific guidance and performance measures.
  • Team | Develop and grow client relationships across key stakeholders. Lead a collaborative effort to create unified services, communications, marketing materials and value to the client. Leads updates and maintenance of various live trackers, status documents, and internal/client-facing processes. Spearhead QC process for all creative outputs to ensure product messaging and brand  accurate and aligned with social strategy before client review.

    Manage creative delivery to client for feedback/approvals, communicates/interprets client feedback to creative/strategy teams for adjustments. Partner with PM team & client stakeholders to request calendar date holds and traffic social content to SEA for publishing. Co-lead communications amongst inter-agency teams (Village - influencer reposts / PCG - Paid Boosting), etc
  • Process | Ensure agency work follows digital marketing best practices. Accountable for on-time, on-budget completion of all group projects and the reporting of budget status to clients. Gather/organize marketing resources/materials needed for creative brief development.
Who You Are And What You'll Bring

  • 3-4+ years of account management experience. Experience leading marketing strategy for client social required. Technology category experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience in digital and performance marketing a plus paid search, social, display, programmatic, SEO, content, UX, etc.
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Self-confident, flexible yet takes and defends positions.
  • Ability to present ideas and strategies to senior level clients.
  • Ability and appetite to bring people together. Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas.
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
