Connecting Senior Talent with Fin Techs across the USA | Storm2

Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for building and managing relationships with C-level enterprise clients? We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager in New York to drive success for enterprise customers in the payments and financing space.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and growth of solutions.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on payments, financing, and related technologies for your clients.
  • Drive proactive strategies to mitigate churn, expand account value, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in payments (POS financing, cards, processing, networks, fraud, identity). Strong preference for financing-focused experience.
  • 2+ years in Enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships
    , or Enterprise CSM experience in other tech industries.
  • Experienced in managing C-level relationships independently and effectively.
  • Strong preference for startup experience
    .
  • Based in New York (2 days).
