• Experienced in architecting enterprise renewals and organization redesigns.

• Engage C‑Suite clients on major business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, value, and roadmaps for sustainable change.
• Design future‑proof, agile, and resilient operating models that embrace GenAI and emerging technologies.
• Build and optimize org structures from top‑down and bottom‑up using leading methodologies.
• Innovate advanced shared‑service and global business services methods.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformations, integrating technology, operations, and analytics.
• Own C‑Suite client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a people‑first mindset.
• Travel as needed (60‑80%).

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, Shared Services Strategy & Design, Client Relationship Management, Value Architecture, Storytelling, Data Analysis & Insights.
• Minimum 8 years of consulting experience.
• At least 1 year designing operating models that incorporate generative or agentic AI.

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Experience in Leadership Strategy, Job & Role Design, end‑to‑end transformation implementation, strategic cost reduction, growth strategy, M&A, private equity, managed services, and digital transformation tools (e.g., Org Vue).
