IT TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

One of our global banking clients with offices in NYC is looking for an IT Techno-Functional Analyst with at least 7+ years of experience in corporate banking IT including corporate and supporting functional IT. This includes finance, compliance apps, front/back office, trade finance payments, swift messaging as well as IT for HR and administration. You must be local to New York City, and only send your resume if you can work in the office in NYC a minimum of 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to key initiatives related to technical/functional IT and business projects.

• Develop strategies for leveraging new and existing technologies to meet and support business objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects and responsible for all deliverables.
• Work with project stakeholders and contributors to gather requirements and develop solution strategies.
• Coordinate with technical teams and provide clarifications and guidance on requirements.
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts and execute and facilitate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Create documentation for requirements, solution design, implementation, training, and application support.

Experience

Required:

• 7+ years’ experience as project techno-functional lead
• Financial Services industry experience
• Financial system (Accounting and/or Financial reporting), Credit risk or Data Warehouse
• ITIL
• Project management
• .NET, PL/SQL
• Unix/Linux and Windows environments
• Knowledge of Oracle databases
