Job Summary: The Senior Program Manager, IT is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional technology programs that support enterprise growth, scalability, and operational excellence. This role provides senior‑level program leadership across systems, infrastructure, and vendor‑managed initiatives, ensuring delivery of outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget. The Senior Program Manager acts as a trusted partner to technology and business leaders and plays a key role in strengthening program governance and execution discipline.

• Lead multiple concurrent, enterprise‑scale IT programs across systems and infrastructure domains.
• Own end‑to‑end program delivery including intake, planning, execution, risk management, and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resource forecasts.
• Partner with functional, technical, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Participate in and influence project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Continuously improve program management standards, templates, and delivery methodologies.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; elevate as appropriate.
• Coordinate with external vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure all program closure activities are completed in alignment with PMO standards and best practices.
• Provide clear, concise, executive‑level status reporting to senior leadership.
• Own accountability for delivery of agreed‑upon budgets, timelines, and program outcomes.

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT projects and programs in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple work streams and dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage programs involving enterprise systems, integrations, SaaS platforms, infrastructure, and vendor‑delivered solutions.
• Experience operating in fast‑paced, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
• Strong program leadership skills with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level engagement.
• Advanced organizational, prioritization, and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Experience with multiple delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models.
• Proficiency with program and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Collaborative leadership style and ability to influence without authority.
