Product Analyst

Our client, an AI workflow automation focused startup here in NYC, is hiring for a Product Analyst
! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in working with Product, Customer Success and GTM team as you analyze real time usage data with customers and improve adoption, launches and long - term value!

This role is onsite in NYC - Midtown, 5 days a week.

• Analyze product usage and engagement to uncover patterns, risks and opportunities
• Partner with Product to inform roadmap decisions and feature success
• Support customer launches by assessing readiness and surfacing implantation issues
• Work cross - functionally to improve time-to-value and adoption

• 1+ year of experience in product, analytics, customer success or implementation in SaaS
• Experience working cross - functionally and wearing many hats
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with real time data

• Be the founding Product Analyst and set the tone for the organization
• You will have ownership to help shape what the client does next to the product
