Responsibilities:

Solution Architect will work in PLM systems for regulatory compliance and safety needs, and supply chain systems for quality.

Solution architecture experience – 8 to 12 years, with hands-on experience in PLM.

Analyze and suggest new opportunities to benefit the application landscape.

Propose business process improvements through technical solutions to enhance user experience.

Drive new integration areas—process, technology, or people—to achieve end-to-end efficiency.

Business and System Analysis:
Understand business processes, system landscape, and industry best practices. Stay updated on trends in process and technology related to regulatory compliance and quality. Effectively capture requirements and present as-is and proposed options with excellent communication skills.

Solution Architecture:
Manage system solution integration, ensure production releases meet expectations, and adhere to technical guidelines. Align with Enterprise Architecture standards. Provide concise project updates to management.

Project Support:
Support the project throughout its lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Self-sufficient and strategic thinker.
Proven experience in Solution Architecture – 10+ years, with ability to lead and collaborate across disciplines and locations.
Experience in PLM processes – 10+ years.
Experience in reporting platforms and analytics – 5+ years.
Knowledge of architectural principles and guidelines – 10+ years.
Ability to translate technical requirements; coding skills and database knowledge are a plus.
Experience with tools like Java 9, React

JS, Spring Boot, Apollo Engine, Kubernetes, EFK, Prometheus, Kafka, Oracle/Hybernate – 10+ years.
Strong experience with Microservices and Cloud platforms like Azure – 5+ years.
AI experience is a plus – 2+ years.
Azure and Oracle certifications are a plus.
