We are expanding our Solution Engineering team and looking for a Solutions Engineer to be based in New York
. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting pre-sales activities, helping our clients succeed, and driving business growth through thoughtful and strategic technical consulting. Experience in global or cross-regional collaboration is a big plus!

• Partner with our Sales and Business Development teams to support pre-sales activities, aiming to close deals, provide top-tier services and grow customer accounts.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering teams to ensure proposed designs meet client requirements and business goals.
• Consult directly with customers to understand their challenges, needs, and preferences—guiding them to the right products and services.
• Create and deliver clear, compelling proposals for technical solutions based on client input, company goals and project scope.
• Develop detailed project plans for key pre-sales initiatives, including proof of concept (PoC), proof of value (PoV), and RFI/RFP processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Sales Development, Customer Success, Product, QA, and Engineering teams to align strategies and deliver value.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as directed by your manager—flexibility and teamwork are the key!

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing, solutions oriented role (pre-sales, consulting, customer success or similar).
• Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
• A proactive, problem solving mindset
