We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join our Product team, specifically our Salesforce product team. This is an in-office position 4 days a week in our Brooklyn office.
ResponsibilitiesA Group Product Manager’s duties are to define the vision and roadmap of the product line and lead a team to ensure successful execution. You will be responsible for delivery of key product initiatives, determining capacity of the team and balancing workloads, and setting the metrics for success. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following:
- Set the strategy and roadmap for product efforts across one of our core product areas
- Develop and execute plans to ensure adoption of products and features
- Leading a team and managing their project pipeline
- Delivering products and features efficiently and executing your vision
- Measuring the success of the product clearly and iterating quickly and effectively
- 8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role
- Must have extensive Salesforce experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
- Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms a plus
- Experience managing a team of direct reports
Pay Range: $220,000 - $250,000 Base Salary + Bonus
