Lincoln Business Machines Inc...We are an IT consulting company/MSP based in Manhattan, offering IT support to small and medium-sized businesses since 1992. We seek a self-motivated IT Specialist with 3+ years of experience at an MSP or IT Services firm for a Tier II/Tier III role, leading to a senior network engineer position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support in an MSP/IT services environment with potential progression to a senior network engineer.
  • Support PC & Mac workstations, servers, and networking devices.
  • Assist with Windows servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration.
  • Assist with Office 365 implementation and ongoing support.
  • Apply advanced networking concepts including DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
  • Leverage experience from MSP/Help Desk roles (3+ years MSP, 5+ years Help Desk).
  • Support desktop (Windows 7/10, Mac), servers (Windows ), and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
  • Work with business cloud solutions (Office 365, Dropbox, Google, AWS).
  • Knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, WiFi, VOIP, VPN.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365/Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure.
  • Maintain strong customer service focus.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting PC & Mac workstations, servers, and networking devices.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 implementation and support.
  • Advanced networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, VPN).
  • 3+ years MSP experience; 5+ years Help Desk experience.
  • Desktop (Windows 7/10, Mac), Server (Windows ), Mobile (iOS, Android) support.
  • Experience with business cloud solutions (Office 365, Dropbox, Google, AWS).
  • Knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, WiFi, VOIP, VPN.
  • Microsoft 365/Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure proficiency.
  • Enthusiasm for customer service is a must.
