Senior Peoplesoft Security administrator

Job Summary for Senior Peoplesoft Security Administrator (Nassau County, Long Island, NY, Onsite):

• Serve as a Senior People Soft Security Administrator for Nassau County, working onsite in Long Island, NY.
• Implement and support People Soft Human Capital Module (HCM), particularly versions 9.1 and 9.2.
• Manage and configure user profiles, roles, permission lists, and various security components (Row level, Dynamic, Application, Project, Department Tree, People Tools, Process Group, Query, User Preferences).
• Configure, recommend, and troubleshoot security definitions based on user access requirements.
• Administer complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security configurations.
• Maintain and configure security for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules at different levels.
• Ensure maintenance and definition of People Soft 9.2 Fluid security.
• Migrate projects and security elements/objects across multiple environments.
• Utilize PHIRE version control and JIRA ticketing systems for change and issue management.
• Apply knowledge of Oracle 19 or later databases in support of People Soft environments.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation related to security configurations and processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service to end-users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate strong initiative and leadership skills.
• Work independently and take responsibility for leading initiatives from inception to completion.
• Must be local to NY or able to attend onsite, in-person interviews (no H1B/OPT candidates).

This is a 12+ month contract position with possible extension; $70/hr C2C.
