• Help customers deliver an end-to-end digital experience faster than competitors by building modular, technology‑agnostic API product designs.
• Work with customer technical teams from pre‑sales to solution implementation to enterprise use of API products.
• Develop and maintain product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept environments, training and workshops.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops to ensure the platform retains market‑leading capabilities.
• Share deep platform knowledge with customers and capture best practices for eLearning.
• Deliver clear, simplified communication across customer lines of business.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in web applications and services.
• Previous involvement in system implementations or configuring out‑of‑the‑box enterprise software systems.
• Hands‑on experience with the entire API lifecycle.
• Experience in enterprise architecture or development.
• Knowledge of Java or JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap, Spring).
• Technical expertise with SaaS, web‑based systems, APIs, SSO and system integrations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify concepts.
• Strong people‑management skills.
• Happy to travel within the USA (1‑2 times per quarter).
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.
