Business Technology

ZS’s Technology group focuses on scalable strategies, assets and accelerators that deliver to our clients enterprise-wide transformation via cutting-edge technology. We leverage digital and technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation.

ZS’s Provider Industry Vertical builds capabilities for Hospitals and Health Systems to strengthen, diversify and scale their business through data, analytics, technology and human ingenuity.

Example projects include designing and running a population health / value-based care analytics capability, building and commercializing digital solutions for the broader community to reduce care gaps, launching a provider-sponsored health plan, patient identification for clinical trials, and many others.

What You’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, contributing to the enhancement of healthcare delivery through technology.
• Build and support applications that enable efficient data management, improve patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with ZS internal teams and Hospital and Health System client teams to shape and implement high quality technology solutions that address critical business problems
• Develop a deep understanding of the business problems and effectively translate them into technical designs
• Lead modules and work streams within projects while participating in hands on implementation
• Work with technical architects to validate the technical design and implementation approach
• Apply appropriate development methodologies and best practices to ensure exceptional client and project team experience
• Support the project lead in project delivery, including project planning, people management, staffing, and risk mitigation
• Manage a diverse team with various skill sets while providing mentorship and coaching to junior members
• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects
• Lead end to end projects using technology to solve complex business problems
