Member of Technical Staff

As a Backend/Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of a lean, high-impact team shaping the foundation of cutting-edge AI training systems. You'll collaborate directly with researchers to design, build, and scale solutions in a space where the technical landscape is evolving daily. This role is deeply technical, highly collaborative, and ideal for engineers who thrive in environments that require ownership, creativity, and resilience.

• Design and scale backend and infrastructure systems using modern languages and frameworks (Python, Go, Type Script).
• Work directly with research partners to build novel simulation environments for AI training.
• Own projects end-to-end, from system design to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Help establish engineering best practices and cultural norms in a young, growing team.
• Contribute to an environment that values craftsmanship, impact, and bold problem-solving.

• 4+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong skills in at least one of Python, Go, or Type Script.
• Excitement about agentic AI and frontier technologies.
• Track record of high ownership (founding engineer, startup founder, or major impact at a growth company).
• Willingness to work onsite
