Overview
Our Mission Healthcare should work for patients, but it doesn’t. In their time of need, they call down outdated insurance directories, wait on hold, wait weeks for a visit, wait in a room designed for waiting, and wait for a surprise bill. In healthcare, patients lack market power and are often asked to accept the unacceptable. Zocdoc’s mission is to give power to the patient.
We’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power and drive quality up while prices trend downward.
We’re 18 years old and the leader in our space, and we’re just getting started. If you like solving important, complex problems with thoughtful, driven, and collaborative teammates, read on.
Your Impact on our Mission
We’re building a world class Marketing team at Zocdoc and we’re growing fast. As the Senior Manager, Provider Website, you will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of the Provider web experience to fuel demand generation, showcase the Zocdoc value proposition, and deliver a seamless buyer journey. You will lead website strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO, personalization, and UX improvements, treating the site as a product and making data-backed decisions that impact pipeline and revenue.
Reporting to the head of Provider Marketing, you will partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, Design, and Engineering to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will personally drive execution—from launching pages and experiments to iterating based on performance data. This is a highly hands-on role that blends strategy with day-to-day execution and ownership of delivery.
