Role SynopsisThe Senior Manager, DTC will be responsible for managing the DTC business, including website optimization and channel management. From forecasting to budget allocation, this is your chance to run a meaningful business.
The ideal candidate will have experience driving eCommerce growth and is seeking a “hands‑on” management role in an autonomous work environment. Significant Shopify experience is an absolute requirement for this role. With limited dev support, you’ll be the primary responsible for the management of the site and various integrations, as well as the corresponding B2B site.
Job Responsibilities- Own the development and optimization of , leveraging the brand story and assets to drive confidence to click and profitable revenue growth.
- Coordinate and optimize PPC spend to drive further growth opportunities across Google and Meta.
- Primary contact for third party eCommerce relationships. Responsible for evaluating and onboarding new partner opportunities.
- Utilize strong working knowledge of Shopify’s theme architecture, data structures, and platform capabilities to support development updates and ensure seamless execution.
- Evaluate, test, and implement 3rd party apps and technology solutions to enhance site functionality, efficiency, and conversion performance.
- Establish and monitor appropriate KPIs to assess eCommerce Performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Partner with the Director of Wholesale to ensure that the B2B website is optimized.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on inventory, customer experience, technical needs, and financial goals.
- Ensure sale moments and promotions are aligned with the marketing calendar. Collaborate with marketing and operations to schedule effective campaigns and set up codes.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Shopify (internally for a brand) required. You’ll have a development agency to support, but you must be comfortable with basic troubleshooting and content management.
- Experience working with subscriptions, in particular ReCharge, is required. Experience with a mix of ReBuy, Klaviyo, and Intelligems or a similar A/B tool would be a strong differentiator.
- Experience managing eCommerce KPIs to optimize profitable growth. You can not only speak to LTV and CAC, but you can give concrete examples of how you’ve driven both in previous roles. You love A/B testing, in ads and on site.
- Experience using a Product Information Management (PIM) system, with the ability to maintain accurate, structured product data across channels.
- A minimum of 2 years hands on experience managing any combination of the following channels:
Amazon Ads, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite tools, Citrus, Roundel, Organic, Programmatic and Criteo. Must have experience driving campaigns from soup to nuts with strong experience in A/B testing.
