Marketplace Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketplaces Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that will guide our partnerships with Amazon, Macy’s, Target, and Nordstrom. In this role, you will directly influence strategic decisions that impact millions of customers and drive the future growth of our marketplace.

• Analyze marketplace performance through assortment analysis, acquisition efficiency, inventory forecasting, and competitor tracking.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, including revenue, AOV, CVR, spend, and inventory coverage.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to business stakeholders by identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
• Develop and maintain advanced tools such as:
  Inventory and replenishment systems for marketplaces, campaign performance dashboards and promotion optimization tools, and market intelligence trackers (competitor monitoring, share of voice, keyword rankings)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisition, finance, logistics, CRM, and technology teams to share insights and align on performance.

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in SQL (Big Query), Google Analytics, and BI tools (Google Data Studio, Looker).
• Experience with Amazon FBA, Target+, or Macy ’s.com preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex datasets into clear, strategic business recommendations.
• Python or R knowledge for advanced analysis is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
• Willingness to work on-site at our Tribeca office (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).
