OVERVIEW

Service Now Developer to help design and delivercutting-edge solutions within Service Now that enhance operational efficiency and elevate user experience.
This is a strategic,hands-on role where your technicalexpertiseand creative problem-solving will drive impactful change. Youwill work closely withvariousdepartments, IT teams, and business stakeholders to architect scalable, high-performing Service Now solutions that support our digital transformation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Designs, configures, and customizes Service Now applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations;
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements;
- Works closely with IT and business partners to plan and implement platform solutions;
- Performsplatform support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades;
- Createsandmaintainstechnical documentation and user guides; providestraining to end users and administrators; and
- Contributes to emerging initiatives, including AI-driven andagentic platform capabilities.
- Leverages deep understanding of Service Now architecture, data models, and application structures; and
- Prioritizesconfiguration-first approaches to minimize customization, risk, and technical debt.
- Improvesusability and overall user experience across the platform.
- Implementsautomation using Flow Designer and Business Rules; and
- Ensures security and compliance throughout automated processes.
- Maintainsdata integrity using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and CMDB relationship modeling;
- Developssmart dashboards and reports based on user needs; and
- Supportsdata stewardship across key tables and modules.
- Integrates Service Now with other enterprise applications;
- Buildsscalable, maintainable, and high-performing platform solutions; and
Performs additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS- Service Now Certified Application Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience (ITSM and Workplace Case Management preferred);
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices;
- Proven experience developing and integrating Service Now solutions in enterprise environments;
- Proficiency with Java Script , Flow Designer, Glide API, and related web services;
- Solid knowledge of data management practices and CMDB modeling;
- Strong communication skills;
- Experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management; and
- Availability to work additional hoursas needed.
This position is located in our New York office,andcurrentlyhasa hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000to $175,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also addition to base salary and discretionary bonus(es), we offer a generous employee benefits package including, but not limited to, paid time off, medical, dental, vision care, 401(k) and substantial health club discounts.
