Hourly Rate:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Partnership to support strategy and execution of value-added services provided by a payments provider and other key payments partners. This role will focus on managing provision of such services through these partnerships, facilitating integration, enabling operational excellence, and promoting strategic alignment on common goals and priorities involving client’s payment portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with our payments provider and its partner ecosystem to help unlock growth opportunities, enhance payment capabilities, and drive innovation across Client’s global payment network using value-added services.
Role Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the payments partnership, serving as the primary point of contact for all strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives involving value-added services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (regional, channel, and product) to translate partnership capabilities into revenue growth and customer value.
- Monitor and optimize performance against defined KPIs, including scalability, and customer experience.
- Prepare executive reporting on partnership performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a change agent and innovation driver, promoting Client’s drive to the forefront of payment solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with our payments partner and its partner ecosystem to maintain alignment on goals and priorities.
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong focus on payments and partnership management.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Payments Expertise:
Deep understanding of payment networks, card schemes, and digital payment solutions. - Project Management
Skills:
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. - Communication
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external engagement. - Problem-Solving
Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex business and technical challenges. - Autonomous and motivated to drive cross collaboration to gain strategic alignment with strong strategic point of view to manage expectations with vendor partners.
