ProgramManager - Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
Experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-country Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation. This role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment across business units, IT, and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in managing large‑scale technology programs, strong knowledge of Salesforce TPM or similar trade solutions, and a proven ability to drive business transformation in complex, global environments.
KeySkills & Experience
- 8+ years managing large‑scale, multi‑country technology programs.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management or similar CPG trade solutions.
- Strong track record delivering programs across multiple countries and regions.
- Ability to engage senior business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align on objectives and outcomes.
- Expertise in driving business process transformation and adoption in complex organizations.
- Skilled in managing program budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with hybrid delivery models and governance frameworks.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive‑level reporting.
- Understanding of trade promotion processes and analytics in consumer goods (preferred).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $224,910. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The range may be subject to change and the actual compensation offered may differ based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, seniority, and market considerations.
