Role: Founding Product Engineer

Location: New York, NY | Full-time | On-site

Compensation: $180k - $270k + Equity (1% - 1.5%)

• Design & Ship Products – Build end-to-end healthcare software, from prototype to production.
• Craft Intuitive Experiences – Focus on details that improve usability, responsiveness, and delight.
• Contribute to Technical Vision – Make decisions on architecture, product direction, and AI integration.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with design, clinical, and product teams to iterate rapidly.
• Leverage AI in Healthcare – Apply AI/ML to deliver personalized health insights and optimize workflows.

• 4+ years of experience building production software, preferably at high-growth startups.
• Strong skills bridging design and engineering, with attention to detail and usability.
• Passion for AI in healthcare and improving real-world outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• BA/BS or equivalent in relevant field.
