Job

• Years of total experience: 7–10 years
• Required technical skills: Distribution (SD), Contracts/pricing, Variant Configuration (VC), Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC), Order to Cash (OTC), S/4 HANA Sales
• Expertise in leading blueprint workshops, SAP configuration, custom (PRICEFW) development, cutover activities, data migration, testing, user training, and hyper‑care support
• EDI interface development strongly desired
• Expertise in SD‑FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter‑company processing)
• Knowledge of SD‑MM integration (MM fields impacting SD)
• Experience setting up SD pricing design and integration

• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to lead a team through all phases of SAP implementation
• Flexibility, adaptability, and process‑improvement mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SD in S/4
  
  HANA is a plus
• Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and strong independent problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence
• Team mentorship in technology, architecture, and application delivery
• Proven leadership, teamwork, and knowledge‑transfer abilities

Candidates should be flexible and willing to work across the delivery landscape, which includes Agile applications development, support, and deployment.

Applications Consultants specialize in a specific technology environment, responsible for software‑specific design, realization, testing, deployment, release management, and technical and functional application management of client‑specific package‑based solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

• Qualification: 9–13 years’ experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the role;
  Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Certification: SE Level 2 and pursuing Level 3.
• Mastery in package configuration.
• Experience in architecture knowledge, testing, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in business analysis, business knowledge, and technical solution design.
