We are seeking an experienced Evogence Application Consultant with 6–8 years of expertise to support, maintain, and enhance critical Evogence applications. The role involves leveraging deep knowledge of Evogence functionalities and strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing development and optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day support for Evogence applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance.
- Analyze and diagnose application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Perform maintenance and enhancements to optimize Evogence application performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Document processes, solutions, and enhancements for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- 6–8 years of experience working with Evogence applications.
- Strong understanding of Evogence functionalities and technical architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with SPC integration toolkit, RFID, and KPI configurations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in application optimization and performance tuning.
- Exposure to advanced Evogence features and customizations.
