Role Overview

Were seeking dynamic individuals to help expand our ecosystem and drive strategic growth. This is a general application for business development and ecosystem roles, reviewed on a rolling basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate founders, emerging ventures, and strategic partnerships
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of ecosystem projects
• Negotiate deal terms and partnership agreements
• Stay current on industry trends to inform lead generation and outreach

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Web3 technologies and communities
• Background in venture capital with a focus on blockchain or crypto
• Prior experience in BD roles at leading Layer 1 or Layer 2 protocols
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with guerrilla sales tactics and Web3-native culture
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate ideas clearly
• Active presence and networking ability across Web3 channels (X, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
