• Involvement in leading crucial business process discovery workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and documentation of process changes

• Lead business process discovery workshops for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes, including requisition-to-purchase order and invoice-to-pay
• Document current and future state P2P business flows, validating against Oracle Cloud Procurement best practices
• Define functional scope and requirements for Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables modules
• Collaborate with various teams to align requirements and dependencies for effective implementation
• Contribute to project deliverables, including scope definitions and effort estimates for planning

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering (or equivalent)
• 15+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience, with at least 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud
• Hands‑on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchase order lifecycle and payment accounting
• Proven ability to lead workshops and document fit‑gap analysis and configuration workbooks
• Strong documentation and communication skills for translating business requirements into functional design

• Oracle Cloud Procurement certification
• Exposure to Capital Procurement processes and asset capitalization
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM (EPBCS) planning integration for procurement budgeting
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware
