Machine Learning Data Science AI Engineer NLP Agentic Systems

As the Principal AI Engineer, you will spearhead the development of AI-driven marketing solutions for small and medium businesses. You'll design and implement agentic AI systems that optimize marketing campaigns, making advanced AI accessible to a broader audience. Your responsibilities include defining our AI data platform, developing agentic systems for marketing strategies, creating MLOps pipelines, and prototyping cutting-edge machine learning models.

You will also advance our LLM capabilities, research emerging AI technologies, and conduct statistical analysis to improve campaign performance. Collaboration with product and engineering teams is crucial for integrating AI models and demonstrating clear ROI for clients.

We are looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience in building machine learning solutions, particularly in agentic systems, NLP, or deep learning. Expertise in architecting scalable data pipelines and ML platforms is essential, along with proficiency in the Python ecosystem (scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, RLHF, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly desired.

Strong SQL skills, data warehousing experience, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies are also important. Mentoring junior data scientists is a plus. A passion for democratizing AI for SMBs is a must.
