Candidates must presently reside within a commutable distance from our New York City headquarters and be able to work hybrid in the office.

• Experience managing varied end-user, cloud, security, and SaaS services.
• Ability to integrate data sources, formulate queries and alerts for threat detection.
• Collaborate in a dynamic, fast‑paced, pressured environment.
• Understanding of AWS, GCP, Azure cloud infrastructure; knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker.
• Programming experience (Git, Python, REST APIs) for process automation and data reporting.
• Experience configuring and managing MacOS/Linux environments.
• Experience configuring Juniper and wireless access points.

• Manage inventory and administer end‑user MacOS and Ubuntu Linux via JAMF Pro and Canonical Landscape; develop software deployments and scripts to automate laptop builds and track inventory.
• Secure our Corporate IDP (Google Workspace, Auth0); review and update SAML integrations and audit non‑human identities.
• Manage and monitor the global corporate network, including Juniper devices and Strongswan VPNs.
• Monitor security tools (DLP, EDR, MDM, SIEM) to detect anomalies; investigate improper access and recommend improvements.
• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure); set up projects, manage costs, and validate security posture during provisioning.
• Provide end‑user support for desktop and cloud services (Atlassian JSM, Git Hub, CI/CD).
• Partner with Enterprise Support to develop solutions for Digital Asset customers and clients.
• Partner with security team to create, test, and implement vulnerability management and disaster recovery campaigns.
• Develop IT awareness through orientation programs, educational campaigns, and ongoing communication about IT system usage.
• Maintain knowledge through professional education, reading, networking, and participating in professional organizations.

The estimated salary range for this role, based in our New York City office, is $120,000‑$150,000, with variations for locations outside the tri‑state area.
