Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- AI Architect

Responsibilities
  • Architecture Strategy & Design
  • Define the overall technical architecture for complex Enterprise Systems & platforms, including:
  • AI Knowledge Graph & Knowledge Base
  • Drift detection pipelines using telemetry and runtime analytics
  • GenAI-based remediation and recommendation engine
  • Design the system to integrate with enterprise CI/CD, IaC, Observability, and EA repositories
  • Establish the Core AI Platform architecture including ingestion, risk scoring, event bus, and continuous learning components
  • Author Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and maintain traceability to design standards
  • Lead the AI enablement of architecture governance
  • Supervise development of contextual GenAI assistants for code reviews, PR validation, and remediation recommendations
  • Define ML models for risk scoring and anomaly detection using historical drift patterns
  • Oversee implementation of feedback loops for continuous learning and accuracy improvement
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to define data pipelines for training and inference
  • Governance & Standards
  • Translate enterprise architecture standards into machine-readable policies through OPA/Rego rules
  • Define the lifecycle for Policy-as-Code, including authoring, versioning, approval, and automated enforcement
  • Establish compliance dashboards, health metrics, and maturity models for architecture conformance
  • Align architectural automation with frameworks like TOGAF, SAFe, and Dev Sec Ops  governance models
  • Platform Engineering Leadership
  • Work with CI/CD, Observability, and Cloud platform teams to embed drift detection hooks into pipelines and runtime systems
  • Define integration patterns with tools such as:
  • Oversee development of the Event Bus, API layer, and microservice architecture for scalability and resilience
  • Guide implementation of the Remediation Engine — from automated PR generation to compliance re-validation
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with Enterprise Architects, CIO Office, and Product Owners to translate governance needs into actionable platform capabilities
  • Present architectural roadmaps, drift analytics, and AI insights to CXO-level stakeholders
  • Evangelize the “AI-enabled architecture governance” paradigm across development and operations teams
  • Coach and mentor technical architects, data engineers, and developers on architecture observability and drift prevention

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Enterprise Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, C4, Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Observability & Telemetry:
    Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, APM tools
  • Event Streaming & Messaging:
    Kafka, Pub/Sub, or equivalent
  • Programming & Scripting:
    Python (mandatory), Go, or Type Script (for automation and AI workflows
