• Delve into and analyze raw data to identify potential business opportunities and extract data-driven value.
• Select appropriate modeling methods for different types of data to produce data results aligned with business logic.
• Stay updated on cutting-edge data analysis and modeling technologies, assess their feasibility, and innovatively apply them in practical work.

• A degree in a STEM-related field from a reputable university, with a Ph.D. preferred.
• Deep understanding of the characteristics of different models, with practical ability in model selection and application optimization.
• Familiarity with the practical application of data science in quantitative investing, with relevant project experience preferred.
• Passion for data science, strong self-motivation, rigorous logical thinking, and excellent collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using Linux, Python, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
