Overview
This role focuses on retail payments and collections strategy

- Review payments and collections processes for efficiency and compliance
- Identify gaps across authorization, settlement, disputes, and recovery
- Develop actionable recommendations to improve payment performance
- Deliver executive-level insights and operational storylines
- Partner with stakeholders across risk, operations, and analytics teams
- 5+ years of experience in payments, collections, or advisory roles
- Strong understanding of retail payments lifecycle and compliance
- Experience with payment or collections platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Telecom experience preferred but not mandatory
