Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 12+ months | Onsite: 5 days/week

Seeking an experienced AV & Conference Room Technician to support and implement audio-visual solutions for conference and situation rooms. This role involves troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless collaboration technologies.
KeySkills:
- Hands-on experience with AV systems (Microsoft Surface Hub, Poly Com)
- CTS Certification preferred
- Expertise in Teams and Zoom platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and Service Now
- Project and vendor management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
