Why this role exists You’ll be the technical captain who both ships high‑impact solutions and builds the playbook—governance, ALM, templates, and coaching—so we can deliver repeatable outcomes across many SMB clients. Top outcomes (first 90 days) Stand up environments (Dev/Test/Prod), DLP policies, solution templates, secrets management, and CI/CD in Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub. Ship 2–3 production solutions (flows/apps) with logging, alerts, and value tracking.
Publish a lightweight Power Platform Playbook (architecture, coding standards, review checklist).
