Business Intelligence Engineer

• Partner with senior technology leadership and business stakeholders to design and deliver analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards, semantic models, and dataflows using Power BI and related tools.
• Develop and support a centralized data platform leveraging Microsoft Fabric and modern data warehousing concepts.
• Design and manage ETL processes using Power Query and other transformation tools.
• Create and maintain low-code automation workflows (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline operational and administrative processes.
• Implement document and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, applications, and agents.
• Research, test, and assess new technologies that may enhance business operations or service delivery.
• Gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions that scale with the organization.
• Establish best practices for data governance, automation standards, and responsible AI usage.
• Share knowledge, documentation, and technical guidance with IT and operations colleagues.

What You Bring

Experience & Background

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, automation, data engineering, or a closely related field.
• Exposure to legal, professional services, regulated, or compliance-focused environments is helpful but not required.

Technical Skills

• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions, including data integration, governed data models, and user-friendly dashboards.
• Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows using Power Automate or similar low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with embedded or application-based reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services, AI solution design, data pipelines, and data warehousing principles.
