- Partner with senior technology leadership and business stakeholders to design and deliver analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards, semantic models, and dataflows using Power BI and related tools.
- Develop and support a centralized data platform leveraging Microsoft Fabric and modern data warehousing concepts.
- Design and manage ETL processes using Power Query and other transformation tools.
- Create and maintain low-code automation workflows (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline operational and administrative processes.
- Implement document and workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, applications, and agents.
- Research, test, and assess new technologies that may enhance business operations or service delivery.
- Gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions that scale with the organization.
- Establish best practices for data governance, automation standards, and responsible AI usage.
- Share knowledge, documentation, and technical guidance with IT and operations colleagues.
What You Bring
Experience & Background
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, automation, data engineering, or a closely related field.
- Exposure to legal, professional services, regulated, or compliance-focused environments is helpful but not required.
Technical Skills
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions, including data integration, governed data models, and user-friendly dashboards.
- Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows using Power Automate or similar low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with embedded or application-based reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services, AI solution design, data pipelines, and data warehousing principles.

- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information; familiarity with data protection, classification, and DLP concepts.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment with shifting needs.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to tackle both strategic initiatives and hands-on tasks.
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-directed, accountable, and proactive in identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
