OpportunityAbout The Opportunity Moon Pay is seeking an IT Engineer to join our IT Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing automations and systems integrations across a variety of Core Business platforms.
What You Will Do- Build, support and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application portfolio
- Build and maintain custom applications in our iPaas platform to support the automation of work streams
- Responsible for Authentication services (Okta), Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom) and iPaaS (Workato, Fivetrans)
- Develop IT Engineering best practices and policies for the organization
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures
- Respond to and lead IT responses for incidents

- Evangelize the adoption of new tools
- Escalation point for members of the IT Organization
- Test, implement and improve/maintain IT systems and controls
- Engineer, implement and monitor IT systems and controls
- Identify and define IT system requirements
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and playbooks
- Ability to prioritize projects
- An understanding of IT Engineering best practices and how to implement them
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- 5+ years of JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar systems
- Experience with FiVetrans, Workato or similar platforms
- Experience with Scripting (i.e. Bash, Python, Powershell)
- Proficient in SQL and understand the basics of data warehousing concepts
- Experience with Cloud (GCP / AWS) and IaC (Terraform)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside the box when complex problems arise
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Datadog, Splunk or Google Chronicle
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise
- Basic coding skills, such as HTML, CSS and other languages
- Familiarity with web related technologies and network/web related protocols
- Domestic and international travel may be possible. Ability to travel (not required for all roles)
