• Collaborate with business lines to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Partner with units to solve problems related to expansion, regulatory change, and technology delivery.
• Translate requirements into deliverable specs.
• Manage overall project lifecycle and implement project management processes.
• Assess regulatory landscape, structure, and execute on regulatory change programs.
• Partner across finance, compliance, risk, technology, operations for accurate breadth and coverage.
• Improve workflows and project management through process inputs.
• Communicate progress, status, and risks to stakeholders.
• Lead challenging, ambiguous projects core to Galaxy’s success.

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory change, product, or project management, business development, or consulting.
• Experience with program management practices and methodologies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Self‑starter focused on process efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Experience driving stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Knowledge of US regulatory regimes (SEC, CFTC, OCC, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial drive to implement change.

Base salary range: $160,000 – $200,000 USD.
