Alldus International is looking for an experienced Service Now Developer to join one of our key clients. As a Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions on the Service Now platform, collaborating with the broader team to ensure the successful delivery of key projects.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement HRSD solutions on the Service Now platform.
- Customize and configure HRSD modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Service Now workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
- Implement and optimize HRSD processes to streamline and improve HR service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Service Now Developer with a focus on HRSD.
- Holds CIS-HRSD Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
