• Own the end-to-end design of core product workflows, from user research and early concepts to high-fidelity designs and shipped features
• Design intuitive and elegant interfaces for complex AI-driven and compliance-heavy enterprise workflows
• Define, build, and evolve Solstice’s design system, interaction patterns, and visual identity
• Collaborate closely with product engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and design polish
• Translate customer feedback, usability insights, and product data into meaningful design improvements
• Design experiences that prioritise trust, clarity, and usability within a highly regulated life sciences environment

• Strong product design fundamentals with experience designing complex digital products
• Background in B2B, enterprise, or regulated environments preferred
• Deeply user-focused mindset with a strong advocacy for simplicity and clarity
• Ability to think in systems and design scalable, reusable patterns
