Location: New York
Overview
Senior Project Manager — Full-time, NYC, NY. Work Modality:
Onsite — 3 days in office per week. Local candidates preferred.

- Lead end-to-end project management of Budgeting Projects implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage execution. Facilitate regular project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates. Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure change management and training plans are effectively executed.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across HR, Finance, and IT functions.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering Budgeting or Finance implementations.
- Strong project planning, tracking, and documentation skills using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in Workday integrations, security, or reporting. Exposure to data conversion and testing strategies.
- Knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
