Unified is seeking a candidate with deep experience managing high‑volume digital advertising campaigns, proven success with multi‑figure budgets, and expertise in performance metrics and optimization. The ideal candidate will combine analytical precision, technical fluency, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
What You’ll Do- Lead Full‑Funnel Campaign Execution: Manage and optimize multi‑channel paid campaigns across social, programmatic, and display platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Amazon, Xandr, Beeswax, etc.) to achieve performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
- Strategic Growth & Scaling: Develop testing frameworks, scaling strategies, and bid optimizations that unlock sustainable growth across diverse audiences and markets.
- Automation & Innovation: Drive innovation through automation and tooling, partnering with internal teams to enhance platform capabilities, streamline workflows, and ensure flawless execution.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze mid‑flight and post‑campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; communicate insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders through structured reporting.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in process‑building initiatives, implementing safeguards, automation and continuous improvement across campaigns, teams, and tools.
- Client Partnership & Onboarding: Oversee new client onboarding to set clear expectations, define deliverables, and ensure alignment between client goals and Unified’s full‑funnel media approach.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner closely with Account Management, Product, and Analytics teams to translate strategic plans into performance outcomes, while continuously improving process efficiency.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing high‑volume, direct‑response digital advertising campaigns (lead generation, signups, or sales).
- Proven success managing 7‑8 figure annual budgets across multiple platforms and geographies.
- Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV) and the optimization levers that drive business impact.
- Strong experience in programmatic and social media buying in a professional environment.
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking setup (GTM, SDKs, pixels) and attribution models (last‑click, data‑driven, multi‑touch).
- Skilled in Google Analytics, Excel, Google Docs, and web technologies including HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience leading client‑facing calls for platform related questions, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- A proactive, self‑directed mindset with sharp critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train internal team members on best practices.
- Professional maturity, integrity, and a collaborative attitude that elevates team performance.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, custom bidding algorithms, or proprietary ad tech systems.
- Exposure to API integrations or data visualization platforms.
- Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment where agility and ownership are valued.
Salary to be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and market data. Current range: $54,912 – $68,640.
