We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with end‑user support, workstation setup, Office 365 applications, peripheral devices, and IT service management tools.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support via telephone, email, and in‑person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Set up and configure end‑user workstations, including laptops, monitors, telephones, keyboards, mice, and docking stations
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Diagnose and repair issues with HP and/or Xerox multi‑function devices
- Assist users with Web Ex functionality, including meeting setup and troubleshooting
- Monitor, manage, and update assigned tickets using Service Now IT Workflows
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops in accordance with organisational standards
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher‑level support teams as required
- 6+ years of experience providing Level 1 and/or Level 2 end‑user support via phone, email, and in person
- 5+ years of experience setting up end‑user workstations and peripheral devices
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications
- 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing HP and/or Xerox multi‑function devices
- 5+ years of experience supporting users with Web Ex functionality
- 2+ years of experience using Service Now IT Workflows (monitoring assigned work, searching, and reporting)
- Experience with NYS ITSM is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience imaging and deploying laptops
Location: Delmar, NY
Duration: 30 Months
Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour
Compensation: $31.00 per hour
