工作职责深入探索和分析原始数据，发现潜在的业务机会和数据价值
针对不同类型的数据，选择合理的建模方法，产出具有业务逻辑的数据结果
关注前沿数据分析与建模技术，评估其可行性并在实际工作中创新应用
国内外知名院校理工科相关专业，博士优先
深入理解不同模型的特性，具备模型选型和应用优化的实践能力
了解数据科学在量化投资中的实践应用，有相关项目经验优先
对数据科学工作充满热情，自驱力强，逻辑严谨，善于合作
熟练使用 Linux、Python、SQL 进行数据分析和建模
