CMS Consultant non Adobe

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Any CMS - Optimizely, Contentful, Content Stack, Strapi - Any Headless CMS
Key Skills & Areas
  • Information Architecture (IA):
    Sitemap, Taxonomy, Interactive Design
  • Content Migration: upgrade, refresh, re-platforming experience from Legacy to another version
  • Migration Tools: knowledge of migration tools, AI-based content & assets migration, utilities, scripts
  • SEO:
    Advises on strategies to make content more visible and trustworthy to search engines and users
  • Integration: REST API, Groovy Scripts, ETL processes, SPA, PWA, Graph

    QL Integrations; product-specific APIs that integrate with service layers (Dell Boomi, Mule Soft, Apigee) for dynamic content management
  • CMS Platforms: expert-level knowledge of major CMS platforms such as Word Press, Drupal, and Sitecore; advises on the best system for a client s needs, oversees implementation, and trains users
  • Web Analytics & Content Analytics: uses tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DOMO to track and analyze performance; interprets data to inform content strategy and measure ROI
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize Digital Experience Platform (DXP) CMS environments to create personalized and seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze business needs, create digital strategies, and ensure the chosen CMS aligns with business goals through data analysis, technical specifications, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Help businesses leverage technology to improve customer journeys and drive business results
  • Support proactive and reactive sales activities
  • Strong knowledge in various CMS platforms and effective stakeholder engagement
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts through value-based conversations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 a year
