Your role

As VP, Global Technology Alliances, you will own, design and expand Global Relay’s technology and stakeholder ecosystem with companies such as Meta, Verizon, Bell, Nvidia, Twilio, HPE, and others.

This is a founding leadership role responsible for building the infrastructure, programs, and operational acceleration that will power Global Relay’s partner ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end partner experience from program design, to driving product integrations, to ongoing success and satisfaction.

This role requires someone who is both strategic and deeply operational, capable of designing world-class programs while also rolling up their sleeves to build relationships, frameworks and resolve critical issues.

Reporting directly to the EVP of Americas Sales, this role will have the opportunity to build and lead a partnerships team as the function scales, establishing the structure, processes, and governance needed for long-term growth.

Your responsibilities
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with stakeholders across global partner, commercial and technology teams. Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for all aspects of the partnership
  • Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to drive creation and execution of partner strategy
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to develop integration roadmaps, joint value propositions, and co-marketing initiatives that demonstrate the power of Global Relay’s platform alongside key technology partners
  • Develop scalable training content, delivery mechanisms, and assessment frameworks
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for technology partner ecosystems that aligns with Global Relay’s GTM priorities and revenue objectives
  • Establish a scalable framework for onboarding, training, and enabling partners to ensure consistent execution and measurable impact across all partnership types
  • Build and mentor a high-performing partnerships team over time, including Partner Managers and Alliance Leads aligned to specific pillars or regions
  • Identify and execute new partnership opportunities that expand Global Relay’s reach in financial services, life sciences, and other regulated industries
About you
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments
  • Proven success influencing and engaging senior executives at global technology companies
  • Deep understanding of enterprise compliance, data governance, and regulatory technology is a strong asset
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of structuring and executing complex commercial partnerships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to build and scale partner programs from concept to execution
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to drive alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive teams
