Aboutthe Role
- Join the AI Enablement team within Emerging Technology at Fox Corporation.
- Operate at the intersection of content creation and cutting-edge AI tooling.
- Support teams across Fox News, Sports, Entertainment, and Tubi to bring AI from prototype to practice.
- This is not a theoretical product strategy role — you ll act as a hands-on builder and internal evangelist.
- Scope AI use cases, launch pilots, and scale adoption through workshops, champions, and dashboards.
- Thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
- Navigate editorial, legal, and leadership stakeholders while enabling both technical and non-technical teams.
- Translate ambiguous user ideas into actionable AI use cases with measurable outcomes
- Design and launch lightweight MVPs to test impact, feasibility, and user fit
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Legal to de-risk and accelerate development
- Train and onboard teams to use AI tools like Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT
- Build internal documentation, demos, and training resources to scale enablement
- Launch internal champions programs and iterate workflows based on user feedback
- Shift tone and approach across audiences: from engineers to legal, editorial, and operations
- Run high-EQ sessions that bridge technical potential with real-world urgency
- Partner with org leads to expand adoption across Fox business units
- Instrument and track usage/adoption of AI tools across the org
- Own reporting pipelines for weekly usage stats, quarterly executive updates, and OKRs
- Use telemetry and qualitative feedback to guide iteration and feature evolution
- Represent the team at internal hackathons, partner workshops, and enablement events
- Lead bootcamps, office hours, and training sessions that foster excitement and build community
- Share wins, case studies, and lessons across FOX to deepen AI literacy and buy-in
- 7+ years of experience in product strategy, technical program management, product ops, or consulting
- Proven track record launching internal tools or platforms with adoption metrics to back it up
- Experience in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- Strong command of GenAI tools (Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) and how to enable teams to use them effectively
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including with executive and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with dashboarding, KPI design, or telemetry tools to track success
- Platform GTM or internal evangelism background
- Experience delivering training programs, managing champion networks, or running user communities
- Familiarity with data privacy or legal considerations for GenAI
- Comfortable being in-office in NYC

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $- annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
