Returns Specialist

The Repairs & Returns Specialist owns the end-to-end execution of customer returns and repairs, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing. This role is critical to keeping customer experience smooth and inventory accurate. This is a detail-driven, process-oriented role for someone who takes pride in consistency, accuracy, and clean systems. This is a temporary position ending in June 2026.

• Process customer returns accurately and efficiently through our returns platforms
• Manage all repair intakes, tracking, and resolutions from start to finish partnering with Production department
• Maintain clear physical and digital organization of returns and repairs inventory
• Ensure all items are properly tagged, documented, and updated in systems
• Monitor turnaround times and flag delays or exceptions proactively
• Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and surface them to Ops leadership
• Coordinate with the CX team on reships related to returns or repairs
• Communicate clearly with CX regarding timelines or exceptions
• Support CX workflows during high-volume periods when needed

• One year experience in operations, returns, repairs, or inventory management preferred
