Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday HCM Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end Workday HCM implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday modules, project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various business functions.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically managing Workday HCM projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in creating and managing project plans, schedules, and risk/issue logs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP, CSM, or Workday certification preferred.
• Experience with global/multi-country Workday implementations is a plus.

Must have experience in managing projects and should have Developed and maintained detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. Managed project scope, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
