We do this by striving to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are-with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways.

If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.

We are seeking a strategic and people-centric AI Solutions Enablement Lead to drive the successful rollout and adoption of AI-powered automation across our organization. Internally titled Project Manager, this role serves as a critical bridge between our AI Automation team, business stakeholders, and Risk partners-removing barriers, identifying opportunities and delivering measurable business value through technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration between the AI Automation team, business units, and Risk to ensure alignment, transparency and shared understanding.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for AI automation adoption-addressing inquiries, resolving challenges and sharing insights across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver tailored communications that clearly articulate the value and impact of AI initiatives to diverse audiences, from senior leadership to front-line users.
  • Design and facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums to gather input, build enthusiasm, and drive adoption.
  • Monitor usage metrics and success indicators, translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy and enhance adoption.
  • Curate and maintain internal knowledge hubs (e.g., SharePoint, wikis, communication channels) to promote best practices and foster a vibrant AI community.
  • Partner closely with Risk to ensure all automation solutions adhere to governance and regulatory standards.
  • Support teams through transformation, addressing resistance and championing the benefits of AI-driven automation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, change management, digital transformation, consulting, product enablement, or a similar business-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving technology adoption and organizational change within complex environments.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies; experience in AI-related initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance considerations in technology projects preferred.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training programs or stakeholder engagement sessions.
Competencies:
  • Naturally curious and adaptable, with a strong interest in making technology accessible and impactful for people and the business.
  • Exceptional communicator-skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, relatable messages.
  • Proven relationship builder-able to influence and inspire without formal authority.
  • Analytical thinker-comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized and agile-capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
