Responsibilities
The Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
Tik Tok is looking for full-time Measurement Partner Manager supporting the Retail and Dining verticals. This role will lead our local Measurement Partners in the US and support clients and agencies to help measure the effectiveness of their investment on our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional leaders in sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing, to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the US measurement practice for the NA Tech, Telco & Auto, Healthcare, Finserv verticals and supporting the North America Measurement Lead
- Develop measurement strategy in partnership with XFN stakeholders to improve advertiser's business outcomes using a wide range of data driven methods and tools.
- Manage a team of Measurement Partners and Measurement Analysts, who will partner with clients and agencies to provide impactful measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus the team on strategic consulting, together with revenue and product teams, to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients
- Manage feedback from key clients and internal leadership, to ensure their voice is reflected within our work prioritisation and strategic roadmap
- Develop meta analyses, strategic narratives and points of view with key internal and external stakeholders to help advertisers succeed on the Tik Tok platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising measurement from large marketing-related organizations, digital platforms or analytics specialist organizations specifically in NA Tech, Telco & Auto, Healthcare, Finserv
- A track record of building analytical practices and teams with clear examples of operational discipline and strategic acumen.
- A passion for inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods. Deep understanding of measurement solutions such as conversion lift, brand lift, multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling etc.
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills are a must
- Ability to manage effectively across a large team, collaborate with other leaders on joint visions, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made
- A track record of managing top tier clients on digital measurement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
- Familiarity with regional industry lobby groups and measurement initiatives a plus
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
